ShippingAll packages are shipped from Canada, and ship within Canada and the US. Most items can be shipped first class lettermail. Small packages to the US are shipped via small packet surface mail. Small and large packages within Canada, as well as large packages to the US, will be sent expedited (includes insurance). Other shipping methods, destinations, as well as insurance options, are available upon your request. I require payment in full before I ship your item(s).
Regular in-stock items will be shipped within 36 hours of purchase. Shipping on custom orders will vary depending on the size and type of the order. If there is a delay with shipping or completing your order, you will be notified immediately by email.
Packages going to the US may be delayed with customs. Please be patient as this is out of my control.
PaymentWhen you buy an in-stock item, payment is due within 24 hours or the item will be re-stocked. All prices are in US dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice due to the rising costs of materials and shipping. Baby Oopies only accepts paypal payments at this time.

here to correct the problem before returning any items to me. All efforts will be made to correct an issue through email before granting a return. Baby Oopies reserves the right to refuse any purchase without disclosing the reasons for the refusal. Continuous ordering with non-payment may result in an automatic refusal on future orders.
Returns
Returns, refunds or exchanges are not allowed when the customer fails to read our policies or product information. There is a 30 day return policy from shipping date. 30 days allows sufficient time for any concerns, questions or problems to be handled through joint communication. All returns must be clean, unused, and approved by Baby Oopies before they will be accepted.
If a problem should occur after 30 days and before 6 months of purchase, contact us. If the problem can be easily fixed, please pay to ship the item to us for a free repair. If the problem is something that cannot be fixed, you may exchange the item or the purchase price will be refunded. However, if the problem is not a defect no refunds, exchanges or store credit will be issued. Also, keep in mind that if you are replacing an item that used a lot of fabric, you may not get the same fabric design. If this is the case, fabric samples of the same value will be sent to you to choose from.
GuaranteesEverything that is hand made and shipped by Baby Oopies is guaranteed for a full 6 months after the shipping date. Any problems that occur after the 6 months can either be repaired for a small fee or completely replaced at full price.
Policies are only valid when the items have been sold and shipped by Baby Oopies.
